Borås is a former factory town in Västra Götaland that had a huge textile industry until the 1970s. Several clothing brands are still based here. This was shot at Borås Central and south/west of the station where Viskadalsbanan to Varberg exits the city. Shot in 4k60, so it looks a lot better on a 4k TV or monitor. I could barely tell that it was snowing on my cellphone. 0:04 - Looking south/west from the platform. Rm locomotives were originally intended for heavy duty on the iron ore trains on Malmbanan in northern Sweden. Built by ASEA in 1977. 8:52 - Green Cargo freight to Älmhult and IKEA, presumably, passes the station at 2145 as train 9453 (+15) pulled by Rd2 1096 (manufactured by ASEA in 1972. 10:11 - BONUS - MTRX X74 passes Kåhögsgården farm in Partille. 2-September-2019 at 1709.
