Windrider 17 Modifications

Just a quick look at some of the modifications we have been doing to our WR-17. There have been a lot of small things that have been replaced, adjusted and in some cases removed. We are preparing for a 5 day camping/sailing adventure in south Florida. We will be sailing in the Gulf of Mexico along the 10,000 Island area which is part of the Everglades National Park. We will be tent camping on different islands each night. We have to have everything we need for 5 days...since there are no provisions along the way. We will be joining 6 other Windriders for this trip. This is the 4th year this particular trip has been organized and we are looking forward to learning from those that have the knowledge and experience in those waters. While shooting the video I went brain dead when I got to the "pole"...I couldn't remember "boat hook!" Also in talking about removing the battery to power the fan; that is not for in the boat but is rather for use in the tent while camping!
