Today we made some incredible blue cheese smash steak burgers... That is mouthful and so was this burger! We used the KitchenAid Meat Grinder attachment and ground up a high quality steak. For this video I used a New York Strip Steak. This was an amazing burger! The quality of the meat shines through even when the meat is ground up.
