Silicon and Starfields | Ambient Audiovisual Meditation

Silicon and Starfields is an ambient audiovisual meditation shaped by an image I captured today, Sunday, March 1, 2026, of MIT’s Ray and Maria Stata Center for Computer, Information, and Intelligence Sciences (Building 32). Designed by Frank Gehry, the structure feels and looks extraterrestrial. For the most immersive experience, quality headphones are highly recommended. The soundscape is comprised of two distinct patches I created on the PolyBrute 12 synthesizer, each recorded directly to audio in two improvised passes. One voice is from a layered patch. The second is a mono patch. -Image captured on Sony A7S III -Image edited in Adobe Lightroom -Music composed, mixed, and mastered in Bitwig Studio -Video edited and finalized in Adobe Premiere Pro My hope is that this piece offers space for focus, reflection, relaxation, or quiet transition.
