FS #162; FSV 151. Here are the Quakers of Philly! I had the idea to do this one because I am taking a class dealing with the American Dream, and for those that would take that class, one will see some relation with the university and the American Dream- Ben Franklin. He was one of the founders of Penn, and is a very smart, healthy man. He decided to give back to the public, and so came up with the university that trains people to be anything other than being a minister at church or to learn English and Latin. Yes, I pick a "sing-play-sing" file because I would like people to see and hear how the fight song is sung. Admittedly, it is not what the band will play, but hearing it from a choir is a treat for me and many others that tend to like fight songs sung with many levels of singing (tenor, baritone, bass to name a few.) Note the parentheses in the lyrics saying "(So it's)". These are the official words, not "And." "You've got to" is appropriate if you are going to sing again, but "Fight on" are the official words. Reminder, do not use profanity, or else the post that contains it will be deleted. Thank you.
