I have a challenge for you... In this video I outline the details for a 7 day challenge. We often are so busy trying to learn new things and improve ourselves here on social media, but how often do we take the time to apply the things we learn? For the next 7 days I will post 1 video every day of me on my Instagram Stories doing the random word challenge! Details on how to participate in this video and below; Step 1: Grab your phone, pop it on selfie mode and hit record. Say the following to give context for the video. "This is my random word challenge day 1, I am doing this challenge for the next 7 days to improve my communication skills and have a little fun." Step 2: Head to any random word generator or use the one below https://randomwordgenerator.com Step 3: Generate random word. Show the word on your camera as you are filming. **Don't cheat, whatever word comes up you've got to stick with it. Step 4: Use that word as a talking point for 2 mins approx. Step 5: Upload the video to your preferred social media platform, tag me (@askvinh and use the hashtag #randomwordchallengeday1 Just remember you can join in just for 1 day, 2 days or all 7 - COME ON JOIN ME FOR ALL 7!!
