Welcome to "Victorious Daily Devotion" in the most amazing and loving name of Jesus Christ! 🙋♀️💐💐💐 Topic: *Generosity*: It Touches The Hearts Of Others And The Heart Of God Too. Abraham had a divine and compassionate heart. "The smallest act of kindness is Worth more than the greatest or grandest intention." - Oscar Wilde. "Generosity the most natural outward expression of an inner attitude of compassion." "You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you." That's the true generosity. Generosity is a quality that's a lot like being helpful. Happy to give time, food, finance, counsel or kindness to people in need. God blesses us with various blessings so that we can be channels of blessing to the world. He doesn't bless all of us with the same blessing but in different ways so that we can be a blessing in those areas. Generosity, kindness and service are ways we fulfill this calling. I bless others by the grace of the Almighty God, the gifts God gave me by counseling people, encouraging, comforting and strengthening the broken hearted. I give my time to pray one after the other in church and other places wherever I visit. Ephes. 4 : 32. Paul addresses to people of Ephesians: "Be ye kind one to another, tender hearted.... God blessed Lot, his nephew because he was associated with Godly man of God, Abraham. The true divine godly nature of Abraham is clearly seen. Let's read the passage from Gen. 13th chapter describing Abraham's sacrificial supernatural Generosity. And God blessed him even more for such rare deed of Generosity. Let see step by step.. 13: 2 Abraham was very rich in cattle, in silver and gold. 5th: lot who went with Abraham was also blessed with flocks, herds and tents. So much so both were blessed, land was not able to contain them. For the substance was great. 7th verse. And there was a strife between herdsmen of Lot and herdsmen of Abraham. We can see the heart of Abraham. God sees our hearts our motives and everything the Lord knows. I feel Abraham doesn't like strife, arguments and hatred. So, Immediately on seeing the strife between the two herdsmen, Abram said, (in 8th verse) "Lot, Let there be no strife I pray thee between my herdmen and thy herdmen. For we be brethren. Separate thyself, I pray thee from me. If thou will take left hand I will take right hand side." And lot as we know selected the land which was well watered everywhere, green and fertile. And Abraham took the land with no fertile land but dry rocks and hills. God knew Abraham's generosity of giving away the best to Lot and kept the dried unfertile land. Can you show me any person who sacrificed the best to someone and kept the dead uncultivated land? Very rarely we can see. Therfore God visits and blesses Abram and assures him again the greatest blessing he shall shower. Verses 14 to 17. We all know its history. Abram became father of a great nation. Nobody can say that he or she doesn't have anything. God has given to all of us something - to open up and be a Generous giver. You and I may have little. You may have little. Even that little if we extend our kind deeds it is indeed a great blessing. May God bless All of us with the heart of Generosity all through our lives. If you are blessed with these devotions, Pl share it with your friends and in your groups. Ty. God bless! 🙋🏻♂️💐💐💐♥️
