This video shows one method to repair the Auxiliary Head Assembly on your Axis pedals. If you are an Axis user and happen to be experiencing the phenomenon where your aux-beater doesn't respond as well as the main one, THIS may be the solution you are looking for! If you don't need to lubricate your bearings and your issue is the side-to-side wobble, jump straight to 7:30 for an even quicker fix! The presented method can be used to get rid of the side movement or stiffness in ALL THE AXLES on your Axis Pedals! First of all, check if your E-Kit mallet isn't rubbing against the pedal column. If this is not the issue, proceed with the instructions shown in the video. ----------------------------------- Mind, that no machine is maintenance-free! If you won't service your gear, it will get worn quicker than you think. If you do, on the other hand, service your stuff regularly, it will most probably last forever. I hope this video helps, if you have any questions - go ahead and ASK! I'll do my best to answer ALL of them :) If you need any other tutorials about Axis Pedals (maintenance, adjustments, upgrades), let me know in the comment section.
