Strawberry mint lemonade is very easy to make at home. For this summer refreshing drink (mocktail) you will need just strawberries, lemon, mint and sugar syrup. Give it a try! INGREDIENTS 4 tbsp. (60 ml) simple sugar syrup 1 lemon juice 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (250 g) 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves INSTRUCTIONS 1. Combine 1 cup of sugar and water in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat to make a simple sugar syrup. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 10-12 mins. Turn off heat and let it cool. 2. Add strawberries and mint, lemon juice to a blender, pureeing until liquified. Add simple syrup, blend until well combined. At this point you can choose to keep the mixture thick with the fruit puree, strain half of it to lighten it a bit or strain all of it to remove the strawberry pulp. Adjust the way you want the juice to be thicker or liquid. Serve with ice.
