PAL 50Hz Mr. Nutz is one of those great action platformers on the Mega Drive that takes alot of it's inspiration and influences from other platformers of that time. Mr. Nutz is a squirrel with attitude and plays very similar to Castle Of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse and takes you on a magical trek through strange magical fairy tale worlds all the way to the arctic wastelands to stop an evil yeti monster from bringing about the ice age. There are nods to Hansel And Gretel, Jack And The Beanstalk and many Mickey Mouse short cartoons. Anyway, the complete soundtrack is available right here for your enjoyment, it has been recorded from an original PAL HD SEGA Mega Drive model 1 console from a discrete FM-YM2612 sound chip through the front headphone jack. It was then carefully recorded onto a blank audio CD-R disc for fun listening anywhere. From the immediate first track you can hear Matt Furniss taking you away to that meadow and easily drifting away into nostalgia. The greatest western sound artist on the Mega Drive gives you a listen to one of his softer soundtracks and it's been beautifully converted from original compositions by Raphael Gesqua at Ocean.
