Stu Page was not only a fine singer and musician, but also a highly talented songwriter. For three years between 1985 and 1988, he was under the management guidance of Tony Goodacre, and this song, Honeysuckle Dreaming was the title track of one out of the three cassette albums released on the Sylvantone Records label at that time. In April 2009, to mark the 30th anniversary of the formation of the Sylvantone Companies in 1979, no less than 25 of Stu's recorded tracks were released on a single CD album, 'Sylvantone Souvenirs Volume 2 - Stu Page'. Sadly, Stu died a cancer victim in 2013 at the age of just 58. His talent will be greatly missed, but we must all be thankful that he left a legacy of fine country music.
