Read more below! 👇🏽 Pain during sex, for women, is a huge problem, but instead of doing something about it like educating them on how to correct it, we have just normalised this narrative so that most women think that sex = pain that it “happens” and they should just learn to live with it😞 And because of the taboos around the subject there are no doctor consultations, no mother-daughter advice, no husband-wife conversations to deal with the issue!! There are many reasons for pain during sex but often it is something as basic as: 💦 the position you’re in 💦 the penetration style 💦 the lack of lubrication If we could educate couples on something as simple as this we could avoid so much misery! Sex is supposed to be a pleasurable activity and women are more than entitled to pleasurable sex. On popular request I have tried to translate into Hindi a video I made a couple of weeks ago, on some simple solutions to “pain during sex”.
