Fun fact - I love the truth!!! It's not always fun and it's always real. My Special Guest on The Trannabis Kitchen this week is someone who understands the importance of truths being shared in the cannabis industry, and happens to be someone who brought an uncomfortable truth to light for me. . . . A few years ago, Kristen Yoder made a LinkedIn post calling bullshit on terms such as hybrid, indica, and sativa - I wasn't ready to hear it and I needed to. This uncomfortable truth became a truth which gave me the power to heal and I soon realized, I had a deeper understanding of cannabis than I had thought. It began to feel freeing to see how much possibility was on the other side, where terms like terpene and full spectrum are respected, and potency wasn't just about THC, but all aspects which make up the plant. When I opened my eyes to this I saw the future of cannabis being helpful for patients and consumers alike. I started to wonder what else was I misinformed about. I clicked the follow button. A few years later and now Kristen is joining me for an episode with myth busting which will melt the minds and cure the confusion. Truths aren't as hard to swallow when you're medicating and watching the truths told over the cooking of delicious meals!!! . .
