Hello everyone! It's gotten pretty cold recently. Hope you haven't caught a cold! A huge thank-you to so many of you that took part in the event! I can't express how grateful I am. In fact, so many of you participated in it, that I feel bad I only get to pick a handful :( It's taking me a while to carefully select the winners, so please bear with me! I will be back with the announcement soon, I promise :) Today, I have a pasta Nuk-cipe for you guys. I really like how it turned out, I'm pretty sure I'll make it again very soon. I have the recipe down below, so you can try making it too if you want! :9 I know there's controversy amongst you guys on the recipes I share with you - some say it's good, some don't hehehe But this time, I brought a very specific recipe so that everyone enjoys this one :9 Italian Traditional Red Pepper & Bacon (Prosciutto) Recipe Ingredients Taglierini (thin pasta) or any other type of pasta Red onion, red pepper, steak bacon (or thick prosciutto), lemon, tomato, parsley, parmigiana cheese 1. Slice bacon into thick pieces - for putting in the pasta and for topping 2. Fry to a crisp the bacon that will be used for topping, and drain the oil on kitchen towels 3. Cook taglierini in boiling, salted water 4. Sauté red onions, bacon and red pepper in olive oil in a frying pan. (Add 2 ladles of starchy water from cooking the pasta to keep it moist) 5. Add peperoncino, and some more olive oil. Add more salt to taste. 6. When the pasta is done, move the pasta to the frying pan, sauté slightly with some lemon juice, tomato, and parsley. 7. Add parmigiana cheese and some more olive oil and sauté some more. 8. Add bacon topping and some more cheese. I hope you have a pleasant time watching my videos :) Ending song: You Make It Easier - OTE Community Subtitle Contribution https://bit.ly/2MhFZUq 🙇♀️💕 Don’t re-upload or edit in any shape or form. 🥪onuk's instagram / onnuk_ 🥪Business mail [email protected] © 2018-2019 by onuk.
