Sir Description of firing incident of PS GEETA COLONY. Attempt to Murder Briefly submitted that information from Dr. Hedgewar hospital at about 22:10 was received at PS geeta colony that one person namely Aditya S/o Subhash R/o, geeta colony, Delhi, Age 22 years has been admitted after being injured in a quarrel admitted by his uncle Murari Sharma. Meanwhile, information from beat officers was also received that in the above incident of quarrel, the injured has sustained gunshot injury upon which SHO, alongwith other police officials reached the spot where blood stains were found on the road near SBI ATM. On spot inquiry, it was revealed that injured Aditya S/o Subhash came along with his wife namely Bhumi to eat momos where he sustained injuries in his back. After preserving the scene of crime, SHO alongwith other staff reached at Dr. Hedgewar hospital where injured was being treated and upon physical inspection, it was found that he has a gunshot injury on his back and bullet lead is stuck in his backbone. Upon inquiry from his wife present in the hospital ,it has come to notice that her husband has criminal background and today in the noon itself, his 3-4 friends/ accomplices had threatened him to return the money . The victim/injured is having criminal background and previously been arrested in robbery case of PS Preet Vihar in case FIR No. 242/25 U/S 118/309(4)/309(6)/311/3(5) BNS in June 2025. Prima Facie incident seems to have happened on the account of a money dispute between the injured and his associates The injured is conscious but is not revealing any names of accused person yet.
