The MCG Southeast Georgia Clinical Campus gives third- and fourth-year medical students a unique experience in one of the state's most historically-rich cities. Based at St. Joseph's/Candler Health System in Savannah, the campus serves as a site for clinical rotations with more than 35 private physicians. MCG students can acquire extensive hands-on experience during rotations in internal medicine, neurology, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, emergency medicine and psychiatry. St. Joseph's/Candler, noted as one of the country's Top 100 Integrated Health Systems by Modern Healthcare Magazine, offers local and regional primary care, specialized inpatient and outpatient services as well as a wide variety of community outreach throughout the region.
