How does the LARGEST Sprocket Possible Change a Razor MX650?

I built this bike over the course of many months and figured out many things about the electric motorcycle scene and how it relates to normal bicycles and what can be done to improve torque vs speed. I'm not trying to recommend that everyone go to the largest sprocket possible, but instead trying to speak on the fact many people do not think to change their SPROCKETS by the tooth amount first as opposed to buying a new battery and motor to just go faster with barely any, if any at all additional torque in the electric motors that are many kilowatts as opposed to 750W (the legal wattage limit currently in the U.S.) and making for lots of legal confusion and regulations from riders going too fast on roads instead of on trails.
