Are you an American who wants to exchange your driver's license for a French 'permis de conduire'? In this video I'm sharing Part 1 of my own (?!%$#*!) experience and all the surprising things I learned about what I thought would be a very simple process for someone (me!) who has been driving in Ohio and New York City for decades. Oh, how innocent I was (or maybe cocky is a better word). First off I found out--surprise!--that not every driver from the U.S. can exchange their driver's license easily. Some can, some can't.
