During all the time we spent together working on our ICONIC Concerts, Regine and I have become close. So effortlessly, so organically, so comfortably, so very naturally. That is RARE. We have become such good friends which is something I never thought would happen, simply because we never had the chance to spend enough time getting to know each other, although her husband Ogie has been one of my very best friends in - and more importantly, out - of showbiz. Now I love BOTH of them and am happy and honored to be called their FRIEND. I have the utmost respect for Regine as a singer. If there was a contest, I would never dare compete against her! She is a beautiful person inside and out, and these shows we are set to do will leave me with the best memories not just career and show-wise, but more importantly, of a friendship that bloomed slowly but is at its most beautiful now - and I cannot wait for how much more wonderful it will be in the years to come. Mahirap makahanap ng tunay na kaibigan sa showbiz. Ngayon, binigyan ako ni God ng isa pa sa kokonti lang na kaibigang meron ako sa trabahong Ito - at sa buhay. Thank you, Regine, my Nana.
