Mon Village is located in the northern part of Kanchanaburi. It's famous for its long wooden bridge and a place to explore points of interest around the lake. From the downtown of Kanchanaburi, it took me 3 hours to reach there and took another half an hour to reach the border crossing point to Myanmar. It was not a tourist spot at all, but I was just simply interested in what would be there. There was actually nothing but a market and a small town.
