Welcome to Little Pig Barbeque! This video is all about chicken wings! I was really feeling some good smoked wings with a nice crispy bite through skin, so I fired up the Weber to get the job done. Wings cooked on the kettle are really good, but to take them to the next level I set the Weber up with the Vortex accessory. The Vortex makes the grill get HOT, but provides a good area around it for some indirect heat. This set up is absolutely perfect for wing cooking. Throw on a chunk of your favorite wood in the center of the Vortex and you have a wing cooking machine! I promise you, these wings will be better than any wings from a restaurant.
