The Chimera Ant Arc of Hunter X Hunter. Peak Shonen or Completely Overated? This is part two ofa quick dive into this arc, looking at some of the shortcomings taken from a manga perspective. The anime improves on a lot of stuff and definitely elevates the material. Particularly we're looking at The B Plot, The one month pause, The character arcs, and how it fits into the larger story. I've really enjoyed Hunter X Hunter! The Chimera Ant Arc is my favorite so far, at least until Succession War finishes to see if that will knock it off the top spot.
