She Said It Was Easy. Deep Plane Facelift Incisions at 1 Month

We are excited to share the story of our amazingly kind patient Megan, who is one month out from her transformative procedure. She underwent a deep plane facelift, lower face and neck lift, temporal brow lift, upper and lower eyelid surgery, fat transfer, and CO2 laser around the eyes. In this video, we walk through her progress, incision lines, and the subtle refinements that make her facelift before and after results so remarkable. At just one month post-surgery, Megan’s incisions are already healing beautifully. Around the ear, the incision follows the natural curves and blends in so well that even with fine hair it is hard to notice. Behind the ear, the incision is carefully hidden along the crease and into the hairline, appearing only slightly pink at this stage. These areas will continue to fade and smooth out as recovery continues. Her temporal brow lift shows a little early swelling, which is completely normal, and will flatten out over the next few weeks. Her eyes also show outstanding progress. With just light makeup, any subtle swelling or pinkness is easily concealed. The upper eyelid lines fall right in the natural crease, while the lower eyelids show no external scars at all thanks to a scarless incision placed on the inside of the lid. Combined with CO2 laser treatment, the eye area looks refreshed, bright, and natural. Megan’s facelift recovery has been smoother than many expect. She shared that the entire process was “really easy,” with energy levels returning quickly and very little discomfort. The main challenge was managing early swelling, but she found even that manageable. Her recovery tip is to use a travel pillow around the neck for the first few days. This makes sleeping more comfortable and helps stabilize the head and neck. These results highlight how powerful and natural a deep plane facelift can be when performed with precision and artistry. Even at the one-month mark, Megan’s facelift before and after transformation is clear. Her jawline, neck, brows, and eyes look rejuvenated yet entirely like herself.
