香港傑出學生選舉2013 -- 14得主簡介 李健超 / 華英中學 / 中五 Jackson LI Kin Chiu / Wa Ying College / Form 5 李健超是華英中學學生會會長,既是校內的模範,又是個創意無限的領袖。他肩負辯論隊隊長的重任,帶領隊員踏上全港學界辯論比賽的決賽台板,屢獲大獎。他的分析和理解能力強,又勤於搜集資料,努力訓練自己的思辯技巧。他珍惜參加不同義工服務的每一個機會,希望可接觸到社會的不同階層,了解民生,直接幫助有需要的人。 Jackson, Wa Ying College Student Council President, is a role model at school and well recognized for his creativity. As captain of the school's Debate Team, he has led it to win in many Hong Kong wide competitions. Always composed and analytical, he is diligent in data research and measured in rhetoric. He volunteers in community services with earnest sincerity, relishing every opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life, understand how they live and contribute to their betterment. ------ www.youtharch.org facebook.com/youtharch 「香港傑出學生選舉」 由青苗基金主辦,傑出青年協會協辦的「香港傑出學生選舉」,旨在嘉許品學兼優的中學生,並透過選舉前後的一連串學習活動,讓同學擴闊生活圈子,眼光及汲取經驗。活動一向為學界盛事,以嚴謹、公正見稱,備受社會各界重視。選舉始於1985年,由獅球教育基金創立,二十七年來播放的種子,現已茁莊成長。歷屆決選生投身社會後展現卓越成就,更一直熱心公益、關愛社群,足証選舉深具價值及意義。 自2010年起,青苗基金擔起「傑生選舉」的籌辦工作,並為選舉制度帶來新的改革。參選同學需通過筆試,評核活動及面試,最後由專業評判團選出「香港傑出學生」。青苗基金邀請專家舉辦學習活動,包括領袖訓練營、研討會、交流活動等,旨在透過選舉過程,全面加強學生的潛能發展,同時強調德、智、體、群、美均衡發展的重要。 Hong Kong Outstanding Students Award Organized by Youth Arch Foundation and co-organized by The Outstanding Young Persons' Association, the Hong Kong Outstanding Students Award is one of the most recognized and prestigious awards for secondary school students in Hong Kong. The Award, initiated by Lion & Globe Educational Trust Fund in 1985, aims to encourage promising students with outstanding academic, extra-curricular and community service achievements, and morality. From 2010 onwards, the Youth Arch Foundation succeeded the role of the Award Organizer and made some revolutionary changes in the selection system. The Award would continue to advocate and foster the spirits of moral, intellectual and physical education amongst Hong Kong students. Applicants would need to go through a written test, an assessment program and a final interview. "Outstanding Students" will finally be chosen by a group of professional judges. The Award not only commends students' outstanding achievements, but also an opportunity for self-discovery and cultivation. Through taking part in leadership-training camps, seminars, and exchange activities, students can enhance their self-understanding and broaden their horizons.
