ABOUT THIS VIDEO The Cottage Restaurant is a great little hole-in-the wall place for breakfast in Carmel By-the-Sea. As is the case with many places, it is English themed through and through, right down to the bowls. I had the oatmeal with seasonal fruit and it was superb, as was my waiter. The owner of 27 years was on site, too, and she didn't overlook any detail. She was super aware of everything going on in this cozy place. I highly recommend you check it out if you are in Carmel By-the-Sea. I rate it ten stars!
