In the past I have heard many positive things about it to visit the town Sonneberg at the other federal state of Germany Thuringia. As I arrived the main station I thought this stay will become great, but I experienced more and over the opposite. I don`t want to say Sonneberg is a bad town, and not good to see. No but many streats were empty, the city park was full with trash and on the floor and over this, the church was closed. Over this, the people which live in this town were very unfriendly to me as I ask their to the right way. Generelly Sonnebeg is a kind of mix between morth franconian architecture and building style from the middle part of Germany especially from the forest of Thuringia. Since 1990, Sonneberg and Thuringia is a free federal state and was before this year part of the german democratic republic (GDR). As you visit the town, you can see and feel the spirit of the past east in the houses and communication of the citizens. But the rest of all what Sonneberg has happen were not bad, like the main place or the memorial place from falling people from the world war second behind the church. My opinien to visit Sonneberg is very critical. Its not a bad town, but something have to become better for partnerships with other towns or to get more tourists from Germany, Europe and the world. The tour through the town: Join me on a tour from the main station in the city and back to the station. After arriving I visitet the city park and ride with my bike up to the church Saint Peter. To my surprise the church was closed. The good new: Behind the church was a small memorial place for remember to the the falling people from the world war second. Other buildings of Sonneberg like the main place or the old play staff museum were also nice to see. By the way, the play staff museum, is part which Sonneberg is popular by people from other corners and countries. Sonneberg is also popular as a play staff town. For me, Sonneberg was always popular as the town in the forrest of Thuringia. But every trip has a surprise for himself.
