Nottinghamshire Police shared video footage of the moment one of their officers rescued a dog from a hot car. The animal had been spotted panting heavily and barking before collapsing just before the police arrived. An officer was seen smashing the window of the vehicle to rescue the Shih Tzu before taking him into shade and giving him water.
