Mooli ka paratha is an amazing winter delicacy, which can be enjoyed in breakfast lunch or dinner. Here are its ingredients and quick recipe Ingredients: Radish- 750 gms grated Whole wheat flour – 2 cups Salt – 1 tea spoon or to taste Ajwain- 1 tea spoon Lemon juice 1.5 tea spoon Green chilli – 2 chopped Coriander leaves finely chopped Ginger- 2 inch piece grated Oil for frying Method to cook: 1- Squeeze out excess water from radish and discard it. 2- Add salt and ajwain to the radish and leave it for 5 minutes so that more water can come out of radish. 3- Squeeze the water again tightly and keep the water reserved for kneeding the dough. 4- Take out one spoon of atta and keep it a side and kneed a soft dough using the same extracted water from mooli. 5- Add chilli, coriander and ginger to it and a table spoon of dry floor to it mix well. 6- Roll out paratha by stuffing mooli in to it. 7- Heat tawa and roast paratha by applying oil on both sides. 8- Roast it on medium flame till small brown spots come on both the sides. 9- Serve it with curd and pickle.
