this is a right to the point of the permanent fix video, there are other videos on YouTube showing how to indietale disassemble and reassemble, but they don't actually show you how to prevent it from happening again and again and again, it basically involves putting a c-clip or other Fastener in the very tip of the shaft that fell out so that it can't fall out again oh, you have to file or cut a very shallow race in the very soft metal of the tip which is a lower diameter and therefore prone to breakage so be very careful how hard you push the file or whatever you're using to cut the race, I only cut a notch on one side to preserve as much of the strength of the tip of the shaft as possible. I tried to show reassembly but it was interrupted by a robocall so the video was cut off and I was not in the mood to redo the whole thing, sorry for the poor video quality but at least you can presumably follow it as said the other videos show in detail very well how to get the shaft back together with the clip they don't show how to put it back in very well but and also this shows you how to make it a permanent fix. cheers good show old boy oh, we got a Virginia governor now finally as of 4 November 2021. oh yes you can use a very small lock washer and just squeeze it Tighter and Tighter into the groove as I said on one side of the spindle because I didn't want to reduce the strength of the very tip which is already soft metal and prone to being broken if you crank on her too hard be careful use light Taps to hammer the wedge shape down completely on the splines make sure the drive lever lines up with the brown housing and the T on the wedge-shaped fitting also lines hook on that same line.
