The biggest thing we have noticed in both the Supervisor Role as well as the field is that the biggest area of concern where adjusters fall behind was their communication in Xactanalysis. We will also be touching on getting prepared for a deployment for any new adjusters or seasoned! The biggest thing we recommended is getting on a set SCHEDULE and not breaking it.
