NATURE IS GOD’S CLASSROOM. Imagine stepping into a vast, open classroom, not one made of bricks and mortar, but of trees, rivers, mountains, and skies. This is God's classroom, where every leaf, every creature, and every breeze is a lesson waiting to be learned. The world around us is full of reactions – the rustling of leaves, the flow of rivers, the rise and fall of the sun. But how does God want us to react? How does nature expect us to respond? Romans 1:20 tells us, "For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse." Nature is God's way of revealing His character to us. Take the bamboo grass, for instance. It takes years before it sprouts, but once it does, it grows rapidly. This teaches us about God’s timing and the need for patience. We need to trust and believe in God's perfect timing. Matthew 6:26-28 reminds us to consider the birds of the air and the lilies of the field. They do not worry, yet God takes care of them. Nature teaches us to trust in God's provision and to believe in His care for us. Psalm 23:2-3 speaks of green pastures and still waters, places where God restores our soul. Nature encourages us to reflect on God’s goodness and find peace in His presence. Genesis 2:15 shows us that nature inspires us. God placed man in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. This is a call for us to engage with creation, to find inspiration and purpose in the natural world around us. In God's classroom, He is our teacher. He wants a deeper relationship with us, one that is spontaneous and heartfelt. Spend more time with Him in prayer, yearn to know Him more. As Romans 8:19-22 states, nature itself waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. Nature wants us to respond to God, to spend more time with Him, and to find our place in His creation. So, let’s embrace God's classroom. Let’s learn from nature, react with faith, and build a deeper, more spontaneous relationship with our Creator. Spend time with Him, trust in His timing, and let nature inspire you to reflect on His goodness.
