Hi everyone hope you are all having a good weekend, here is an easy Fish Cake recipe using Tinned Salmon served with Salad this is such a quick and easy meal hope you enjoy watching please don’t forget to Like , share and comment , have a good week ahead Ingredients Potatoes to make Mash Spring Onions Scallions 2 x 213 grams of tinned Salmon Seasoning to taste Fresh Parsley Zest of 1 Large Lemon Flour for dusting the fish cakes 2 Cups of Panko Breadcrumbs 2 Eggs Oil for shallow frying 1 Tablespoons of Butter Salad of choice Method Peel potatoes and bring to a boil until fork tender drain and allow to cool Chop Spring onions cut into smaller pieces Remove bones and skin from the Salmon break up into smaller pieces When potatoes have cool add seasoning add the lemon zest Add the chopped parsley Add the Salmon Mix well to combine Make the patties to your preference Dip into a little flour Coast with egg wash Dip into Panko Breadcrumbs Do the same until all the mixture has been used up Add oil to a frying Pan also add butter On low to medium heat Gently fry until fish cakes are golden Keep warm in the oven 160C until remaining fish cakes are made Serve with Salad of choice #salmonfishcakes #food #quickrecipes #recipe #foodie #tinnedsalmonfishcakes
