Cubital Fossa Anatomy – Boundaries, Contents and Mnemonic The cubital fossa is a triangular depression on the anterior elbow, serving as a critical anatomical region due to the important structures it contains. Its boundaries include a superior line connecting the humeral epicondyles, the medial border of the pronator teres, the lateral border of the brachioradialis, the brachialis and supinator muscles forming the floor, and the deep fascia of the forearm forming the roof. Key contents, arranged from medial to lateral, are the median nerve, brachial artery (bifurcating into radial and ulnar arteries), biceps brachii tendon, and radial nerve (with superficial and deep branches). A mnemonic to remember this arrangement is "My Brother Throws Rad Parties" (Median nerve, Brachial artery, Tendon of biceps brachii, Radial nerve, Posterior interosseous branch). #CubitalFossa #antecubitalfossa #CubitalFossaAnatomy #CubitalFossaBoundaries #CubitalFossaContents #CubitalFossaMnemonic Join this channel to get access to perks: / @learnmedicineasap --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe for more medical and health content: / @learnmedicineasap Check out our other helpful playlists Obstetrics and Gynecology • Obstetrics and Gynecology General Surgery Lessons • General Surgery Lessons Internal Medicine • Internal Medicine Child Health and Pediatrics • Child Health and Pediatrics Pharmacology Lecture Videos • Pharmacology Lecture Videos Anaesthesiology | Anesthesiology • Anaesthesiology | Anesthesiology Medical Parasitology • Medical Parasitology Infectious Diseases • Infectious Diseases Pathology • Pathology Microbiology • Microbiology Anatomy • Anatomy Ear Nose and Throat - ENT • Ear Nose and Throat - ENT Oral Health | Oral Hygiene | Dental Health • Oral Health | Oral Hygiene | Dental Health Ophthalmology | Eye Infections | Eye Diseases • Ophthalmology | Eye Infections | Eye Diseases Oncology • Oncology Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) | Sexual Wellness & Health - Sexual Infection | STI • Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) | Sexua...
