Cholangiocarcinoma ERCP Metallic Stent Placement at SQUARE HOSPITALS LTD. Bangladesh

A 75 years patient came to SQUARE HOSPITALS LTD. Dhaka Bangladesh with obstructive jaundice. We perform his ERCP and place a metal stent in CBD. Procedure : E. R. C. P with Metal Stenting of billiary tree Indication: Obstructive jaundice Medication Under sedation FINDINGS: PAPILLA: Looks normal. No bile flow seen. PANCREATOGRAM: Not attempted. CHOLANGIOGRAM: Selective cannulation could be done after needle papillotomy. The CBD is normal. CHD, posterior hepatic duct and left hepatic dusts are not visualized. A 10cm uncovered metallic stent is implanted into the right hepatic duct across the narrowed segment with establishment of free flow of bile.
