I absolutely could not sleep on my stomach ever. My mom, who used to be a massage therapist, showed me how they put pregnant people on their stomachs for massage and it is the best way I’ve found to sleep on my stomach. I thought I would never be able to sleep this way but with this technique I was able to pretty quickly. I am not someone who sleeps easily on a good day either, so I was amazed that I was able to sleep comfortably at all this way. It’s not perfect for those of you, like myself, who are back sleepers, but this really helped. Also, included another tip that really helped sleep and recovery that I haven’t seen anyone mention yet.
