It is one of the MOST flavorful soups I have made in a long time! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did! (Sue's) Garbanzo Bean Soup: (Serves 4) Ingredients: 1 cup cut up ham steak 1 cup sliced beef Kielbasa 3/4 cup sliced pepperoni 32 oz chicken broth 2 cans rinsed and drained Garbanzo Beans 2 tbsp. minced garlic 3 Bay leaves 1 tbsp. dried basil 1-2 potatoes diced 2 carrots cut up 1 onion diced 1 tbsp. parsley 1/2 teas crushed red pepper for heat Olive Oil Method: Brown the potato, onion, & carrots in olive oil. Add the cut up meats, stir for 5-7 mins until you get some browning on them. Add beans. Add broth & all seasonings. Bring to a rolling boil & then reduce heat & simmer for 30 mins. Serve + Enjoy!
