Quintuplets Drum Exercise (by Sina)

Anika Nilles is a female German drummer just like me and throughout the last year she got quite a lot of attention for some inspiring quintuplet grooves and fills. So I decided to pay tribute to her by posting a little quintuplet exercise session. Just in case you wonder, the first fill is in 16th notes (4 x 4 = 16 notes), the second fill consists of quintuplets (4 x 5 = 20 notes), the third fill is built of 16th triplets (4 x 6 = 24 notes), followed by another quintuplet fill, then repeat. Fun with numbers! The Play-along track was done by my dad. In case you are interested in the Play-along (minus drums) or some drum tutorials please give me some feedback in the comments below. I consider to do some „how to play …“ tutorials and I might also post some Play-alongs if anyone is interested.
