It is time to welcome the Divine Feminine into our worlds, into our heart space and let it tingle throughout ourselves, our beloveds and our community. How do we do this? By starting with ourselves. This flow will take you through 25 minutes of breath, movement, stillness and exhales to activate dormant feminine energy and allow ourselves to peel back layers of self-judgement, self-denial, feelings of not being good enough and welcome in the self-love that we hold at our core - each and every one of us. If you are a woman right now, going through anything challenging in your life - know that you are not alone. Your cosmic womb is connected to all. We are never separate. We honor you, for you are a divine imprint of the Creator. You carry the codes of creation in your womb space. You are divine.
