Kazan Federal University Entrance exam | MBBS in Russia | KFU Exam Details As you know that #kazanfederaluniversity takes entrance exam in respect of all international students who are desirous to take admission in KFU. Therefore, we brought a brief guideline about exam for all of you which you have to read and follow very carefully. ✓ Exams will most likely to be conducted in 3 waves commencing from June onwards. ✓ There will be 3 subjects i.e. Biology, English and Chemistry. ✓ Each subject will carry 100 marks ✓ All questions in all 3 exams will be in multiple choice questions (MCQ) except for a few questions of Biology. ✓ For subjective questions, student need to open a note to write the answers and then get it uploaded. ✓ A reserve day has also been kept for 2 exams in case student could not appear for it. ✓ Qualifying marks are 50% in each subject ✓ Student need to get 170 marks in total but not below 50% in each subject. ✓ Duration of each exam is 3 hours ✓ Timings of exam : 0900 AM to 0600 PM (Russia time) ✓ Students may get different set of questions ✓ Those who need sample papers or previous year’s question papers, may contact Edurizon ✓ Students need to have a valid ID like Passport or Aadhaar in order to verify themselves. ✓ In any case if student secures below 50% marks in any subject, out of total 3 subjects, his/her admission shall be rendered as disqualified and thereafter there will be no chance to take admission in KFU for the current year. ✓ KFU will send one page consent letter in the name of student which need to be sent back duly signed by the students ✓ Thereafter a final consent letter to appear in the exam will be issue by KFU. Important points to be noted while writing exam for #kazanfederaluniversity ❖ Not to transfer the login ID and password of the personal account of online exam to third parties ❖ No background noise interfering with audio channel control. ❖ Completely empty table or desk for computer or laptop ❖ Student’s face and document will be recorded in the online exam system at the first login ❖ Student will be personally responsible for the activation of an individual link to the exam in the online exam system ❖ Student has no right to grant access to the computer to the third parties during exam ❖ No use of headphones. ❖ Mobile phone should be in silent mode. ❖ Do not use mobile hotspot. Rather student should have a good wifi connection. Other Important Note Online exam is designed specially for testing students online and prevent cheating. It detects all the activities on computer. Therefore, all students are advised to follow undermentioned guidelines strictly ➢ Never move away from screen ➢ Do not open any other widow or browsers ➢ Do not use mobile phone or other electronic devices. ➢ Students are strictly advised not to finish their exams in a ➢ haste. Take minimum 30-40 minutes even if you know answers. Students will get only and only one chance. So make it count. Take your time and write the exam comfortably and conveniently. ➢ If any student gets disqualified in online testing, they will not get another chance and their admission will be cancelled by the University. Requirements for student’s Online Exam ❖ Computer or laptop ❖ Windows operating system (versions 7,8, 8.1, 10) or Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10 and higher ❖ Latest updated Google Chrome should be made available at the time of exam ❖ web camera & Microphone, including built-in web cameras/microphones should be in functioning condition. ❖ Do not try to write exam through smart phone/ mobile phone. ❖ Students shall be provided with a User login ID and password by Edurizon. ❖ Use login ID and password in the official website for online exam of Kazan Federal University. Post exam formalities ➢ Result of each exam is expected to be declared within 2-3 days ➢ On getting qualified in exam, KFU will seek NEET score card of those who have not given. ➢ Upon submission, KFU will issue a bilateral agreement in the name of student. The same need to be sent back to university after endorsing signature with date. ➢ Upon receiving bilateral agreement, Edurizon shall apply for invitation. ➢ Upon receiving invitation, Edurizon shall apply for visa and rest of the pre-departure formalities.
