Durin was my personal favorite character in the show, and from the first episode he showed up in I was immediately in love with his character and empathized with him greatly. His theme perfectly represents his character, played on a fiddle or violin for the primary motif/melody. It has a folkish jaunt feel to it, and is used for not only comedic and lively moments, but also played on brass and somber strings for more heartfelt, tender moments. His theme is also supported by a background melody heavily reminiscent of Jack Sparrow's theme, with an almost drunken, lively waltz that helps show the dwarf's energy and antics.
