These rice paper wraps are a perfect twist on the vegetable paper wraps which are usually served with a healthy asian dipping sauce.These are great for anyone who stays away from gluten as you can fill them with whatever you fancy without worrying about a gluten packed wrap of some kind. Now of course you could just eat the fruits by themselves but lets be honest these look great.Plus i find there is something satisfying about eating anything in the form of a wrap. These wraps go well with any nut butter(peanut,almond etc),fresh fruit puree(mango,strawberry etc) or even a simple fresh dipping sauce shown in the video. Ingredients: For the dipping sauce: Orange half Honey 2 Tbsp Mint 3-4 leaves chopped Wraps : Rice paper wraps Seasonal fruits Instructions : Start by making the dipping sauce,just add honey and mint leaves to freshly squeezed orange juice and mix well. *Now for the wraps: In a large bowl add water. *Dip the rice paper wrap in it for 10 secs and remove. *Place the wrap on a damp kitchen towel and let it soften up(this should take about another 10 secs.) *Next start placing your fruit in the center of the wrap and then tightly fold it as shown in the video. *Your fresh fruit wraps are now ready. Tips: *Do not wet all the wraps together as they will tend to dry out if kept unattended for too long.
