142: WHOA! WONDERFUL SURPRISES in the BERRY ISLANDS; High Cay, Bahamas

As we planned our pathway north, the winds would not cooperate for a sail to the Abacos, so we decided to move up the Berry Island chain instead. We were not sure what to expect from the Berry's. It's hard to compare to the Exumas and had set our expectations somewhat low. For sure we thought that the water would not be as clear and aqua, but we were pleasantly surprised by the sea life and the raw beauty of the Berry's. The Exumas as very little fishlife, but the Berry's had much more! In this video, we arrive at High Cay and we actually stayed 4 days because it was so beautiful - we were the only boat in the anchorage, found great snorkeling in healthy coral, and installed markers on our anchor chain to know how much we let out when dropping the anchor. We have much to learn as we travel the world on our floating home and we intend to document that journey and share it with you.
