This is one of my all-time favourite records by maestro Salem Al Fakir. I just recently got my old Interface working so that I could record some and I've thought about doing this whole album for a while (Learning/noodling over it really..) I knew about half of the songs somewhat beforehand and I had heard all of them before but not really played them so you can tell that I'm learning some of the songs as we go. I really botched some of the songs and I overplayed a whole lot but it's just for fun! Gear: I'm playing my black 1968 Fender Jazz Bass with flatwound strings through a Line 6 Pod Studio GX. I've recorded in Logic using a Fender Bassman plug-in.
