Going “all in” has played a huge role in my eating disorder recovery. However, going “all in” for ED recovery isn’t for everyone. It can be dangerous and even life-threatening because of something called “refeeding syndrome.” If you meet certain criteria (discussed in the video) you may be at risk for developing refeeding syndrome. If you eat too much, too soon in ED recovery, you could trigger refeeding syndrome. In this video I talk about when you shouldn’t pursue “all in” ed recovery and explain what refeeding syndrome is and who might be at risk for developing it. As always, I strongly suggest you consult with a medical professional, dietician, and/or therapist if you are struggling with an eating disorder. Going all in ed recovery and all in eating disorder recovery is a great tool for eating disorder recovery. But all in ed recovery can be dangerous because of refeeding syndrome. Eating disorder all in recovery can cause all in refeeding. Eating disorder all in recovery is a tool for some people but can lead to eating too much eating disorder recovery to trigger refeeding syndrome. Eating disorder all in recovery and all in ed recovery is good under the right circumstances. Going all in ed recovery and going all in eating disorder recovery can be a good thing. Eating too much ed recovery can also be dangerous and ed recovery all in can trigger refeeding syndrome. All in ed recovery might be good and going all in for ed recovery has benefits. Please talk to a medical professional before going all in ed recovery or pursuing eating disorder all in recovery.
