Welcome to my Settlement Tour of Egret Tours Marina! This was the settlement where I first adopted the "scrappy" style of building that I had seen on channels such as SarDeliac. I also followed The Insane Shecklador's awesome instructions on building the structure from East City Downs. Kevin Alibert's video (linked below) was crucial in me repairing the partially destroyed building that comes with the settlement. Apologies for the choppy FPS at times.
