Parliament witnessed fresh disruptions as chaos continued between the opposition and the government. The Prime Minister was expected to respond to the motion of thanks to the President’s address at 5 pm, but proceedings were adjourned amid repeated disruptions. After being adjourned earlier to 11 am, the Lok Sabha reconvened at 5 pm but was disrupted again as Congress and other opposition MPs entered the well of the House, waved placards and raised slogans, forcing another adjournment.
