IRM Jacket Pile Grippers, Jacket Levelling Grippers

IRM Pile Grippers or Jacket Levelling Grippers, or Pin-Pile Grippers are unique engineering products for levelling Jackets and preventing movement during grouting. At mid-sea, waves and storms cause relative movements of Jackets with piles, which can damage the pile foundation severely. Hence, to restrict such movements of the Jacket, IRM-made Jacket Pile Grippers are fitted. Pile Grippers are actuated hydraulically to hold the pile firmly, which prevents any relative movement. Pile Grippers are also used to level jackets before grouting and are essential to stop the slightest displacement of the jacket during the setting time of grout materials. All IRM Pile Grippers are 100% tested for their design and testing load under the witness of the third-party inspection agencies at our testing facility before dispatch. IRM Pile Grippers are supplied with complete accessories like a Hydraulic Power unit, Control Panel, Hose Pipes, Distribution Unit, Hot Stabs and other required components for ROV Intervention as per the requirement. The complete Hydraulic Power unit and Control panel are designed for easy operation. Pile Grippers are available up to 200" pile diameter. Custom-made and higher-size Pile Grippers can also be manufactured as per the client's requirements.
