This video covers the 1990 paper by Ruttan, Persinger, and Koren called "Enhancement of temporal lobe-related experiences during brief exposures to milligauss intensity extremely low freuquency magnetic fields," more commonly known as the God Helmet paper. I don't know what I was expecting, but this wasn't it. At the outset, I just want to point out a lesson I learned in grad school. Sometimes you read a paper and feel not smart. The thing is that there are some terribly written papers out there - so the paper not making sense isn't always the fault of the reader. This is one of those times.
