Sugar Free White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie I finally perfected the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, which is my favorite cookie. I’m very pleased to be able to share this recipe with you and I’m sure if you’re a macadamia nut lover like I am you’re going to be so impressed with this recipe. Enjoy. 😌 Sugar Free White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie 1 Egg 4 T Butter 1 t Vanilla 1/4 t Salt 1/2 t Baking Soda 1/2 c Allulose 1 1/2 c Almond Flour 1/2 c Macadamia nuts 1/2 c Sugar Free White Chocolate Chips In a food processor, combine the Egg, butter, vanilla, salt, soda and Allulose and process. Add the almond flour and process again. Finally add the macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips and pulse to combine.
