Plant and Equipment Cash inflow from sale of Land = Decrease in Land (BS) + Gain from Sale of Land = $90,000 – $60,000 + $10,000 = $40,000 Cash outflow from purchase of property plant and equipment (PPE) = $140,000 – $190,000 = -$50,000 Now, we will find the cash flow from investments with the help of formula.
